| Comment | Genesis ā Invisible Touch 1986 CD A very decent sounding older CD pressing with surprisingly good dynamics. The sound is clean, open and does not seem overly compressed, the typical ā80sā character is preserved. The bass is solid and rhythmic, the mids are clear and the vocals are well readable even in denser arrangements. The highs are energetic but not cutting, the synthetic layers have enough space. Overall a musical and dynamically balanced release that plays better than later remasters...highly recommended. |
